We share our experiences through several different means, allowing us to remind people they’re not alone and reach out for help.
We share our experiences through writing and social media. This allows us to share our experiences for the benefit of others and ourselves.

Article of the month
Staying safe whilst meeting internet friends - Jazz
For article of the month we've chosen Jazz's 'Staying Safe Whilst Meeting Internet Friends'.
The reason we have chosen this article is because we are in the 21st century where social media is being used 24/7 worldwide. We all meet someone we just click with and as it's being the 21st century it's more than likely to happen over the internet. So I think Jazz has given some really good advice about how to go about being safe if people do plan to meet online friends.
Including that she also has met some of her friends from the social media world at a concert but then including that she facetimed them to prove their identity of who they said they were.
